Responsibilities you’ll have as an IT Project Manager:

• Setting project goals for complex IT projects and coming up with plans to meet those goals.
• Demonstrated ability to assist in creating, peer-reviewing, and improving scopes of work, then identifying and communicating the risks/scope for the project and adjusting the scope accordingly for recommendation.
• Maintaining project timeframes, managing budgeting estimates, and status reports.
• Managing resources for projects, such as budget, delivery engineers and schedules.
• Coordinating project team members and developing schedules and individual responsibilities.
• Implementing IT strategies that deliver projects on schedule and within budget.
• Using project management tools to track project performance and schedule adherence.
• Organizing meetings to discuss project goals, progress, and obstacles.
• Able to deliver projects with little to no oversight.
• Expertise in conducting post-project analysis: budget, deliverables by phase, lessons learned.
• Expertise in conducting risk assessments and mitigation strategies for projects.
• Developing new technical solutions to solve evolving business risk and compliancy needs.
• Aligning with all practice areas based on experience and expertise.

• Demonstrated expertise in managing executive-level stakeholders.

The technical qualifications we require:

• 4+ years of managing IT projects independently.
• Experience with managing IT projects such as Microsoft, networking, and cybersecurity.
• Background in VAR or MSP environment HIGHLY preferred.
• Desired Certifications/Education: PMP, Project+, or master’s equivalent in business or technology.
• Familiarity with Microsoft, VMware, Networking, and ConnectWise is a big plus.
